Synopsis
The year is 1774 and John Adams [Ben Jaeger Thomas], a brash, young lawyer from Boston has just been appointed to the first Continental Congress. He is loud and obnoxious and not very well liked until he meets his opposite, a quiet,
pleasant and very well liked young man named Thomas Jefferson [Steve Cook]. These men along with Ben Franklin [Emmy Award winner Jay Thomas] George Washington, Patrick Henry and Richard Henry Lee discover that nearly 2/3 of the American colonists have no interest in their “glorious cause.” Undaunted these men travel from Williamsburg, to New York to Bunker Hill in one of history’s most famous yet incorrectly told epochs.
